Alumni Association and University Announces New Alumni of Distinction Recognition
The ߲ݴý Alumni Association in conjunction with the University is proud to recognize alumni who have brought distinction to their alma mater through their career and life achievements. This month, 18 alumni were welcomed as the inaugural Alumni of Distinction Recognition honorees. Their careers include achievements in business, healthcare, academia, entertainment, science and technology, media/broadcasing as well as humanitarianism. A display noting the alumni is in the Barbara and Alfred Marulli, Jr. Alumni Welcome Center in the Peterson Manor on the Rindge, NH campus and is visible to all visitors and those attending functions and meetings.
The following are the criteria for consideration as a member of the “Alumni of Distinction” recognition:
- The candidate must be an alumnus/ae of ߲ݴý as defined in the by-laws of the ߲ݴý Alumni Association. (Article I, Section 2)
- The candidate has made a significant contribution to his/her profession and/or has received previous awards and commendations for their achievements.
- The candidate is involved in his/her community and may have received previous recognition for his/her volunteer efforts.
