EvaluationKit is an online survey system used for Faculty and Course Evaluations. It is also known as Watermark.
This page guides faculty on who to access their evaluation results and download the
results.
Please note that courses that recieve fewer than FIVE responses from students will not be shared with faculty. They can contact their deans to discuss accessing those results. Courses labeled as Independent Study or with fewer than five students enrolled are not evaluated.
1. Log into ANY Canvas Course and select Course Evaluations from the course navigation. Your most recent course evaluation results will show by defualt.

Once you click on the project title, a new screen appears. From here select the Download icon under the Report column.

Each option provides you with different information. We recommend you download the Detailed Report + Comments. This report provides you with the responses from students as well as any written feedback that was provided by students.
If you need results that are not visible you can access previous results by selecting Results and then Instructor Results
3. A new dialog will appear with a list of previous courses. Click the carat next to the Select menu and check next to term/semester you would like to view the evaluation report. Click on the select button.
4. At the next prompt, review the report results from the terms/semesters you selected. You can select a single report by simply selecting the download icon to the right of the results. You can also select MULTIPLE reports by selecting each report or the single box next to the word "Name" to select all reports.
If you select multiple reports, you will need to select Batch Reports to download multiple reports. You will need to give your report a name, select the report type (recommendation is detailed report with comments). We also recommend you download the multiple reports as a zip file with individual reports in the file vs. merging the reports into a single file. Select Go to begin processing your request.
You will receive a message letting you know the reports are running. You will recieve an email when your reports are ready with a link for you to access to download your zip file.
